Cabin policies

Notice to Renter: The number of people staying at the cabin is strictly enforced. Failure to comply will result in eviction of the premises with no refund.

• Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Deposit of one night stay required at time of reservation.
• Remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
• Visa / Mastercard / Discover accepted.
• Full refund if cancelled prior to the 14 day reservation for Sundown Cottage and 30 day reservation for BlueWater Ridge.
• No refunds for early departure.
• No pets allowed, for failure to comply will be a $100 per day charge.
• No smoking inside, for failure to comply will be $100 per day charge.
• Furniture must remain unmoved.
• Wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season.
• All holiday reservations require a minimum of three-night stay.
• Inclement weather does not constitute valid cancellation.
• Sundown Properties LLC can not be held liable for any accidents or losses incurred during your stay.
• Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/ or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges.
